We recently repostitioned True North and will be selling our boathouse in Genoa Bay, BC. on Vancouver Island about 8 miles north of Sidney. 70x26. Fit our 53' perfectly. I only had to lower antennas. There is probably more room available if you modify the mezzanine. Great little marina with a cafe and great staff. I just had new LED lighting installed. Moorage is about $1500/month USD. Having a boathouse has been an incredible luxury. Hate to give it up. $125,000 USD
